GENERAL ADMISSIBILITY OF RELEVANT EVIDENCE
Relevant evidence is admissible unless any of the following provides otherwise:
• A federal or state statute;
• These rules; or
• Other rules applicable in the courts of this state.
Irrelevant evidence is not admissible.
