BAIL PENDING APPEAL WHEN RELIEF IS GRANTED TO THE PETITIONER
(a) Application to the Court. A petitioner who has been granted relief
may apply to the court for bail pending appeal.
(b) Standards Governing Bail Pending Appeal. The court may order
the release of the petitioner on bail pending appeal when relief has been
granted to the petitioner if the requirements of Rule 74(b)(2) and (3) are
satisfied.
(c) Revocation of Bail Granted Pending Appeal. The court may
revoke an order of bail granted pending appeal pursuant to Rule 74(c).
