M. Bar Admiss. R. 13
PRACTICES AND REGULATIONS
The Board is empowered to adopt and employ such practices and
regulations as are reasonably necessary to administer its duties under these
rules; provided, however, that such practices and regulations shall not conflict
with these rules.
