Less Than Five Days Prior to Trial

Any motion for postponement or continuance of any

case made within five days of the scheduled trial date shall be addressed directly to the

presiding judge of that court.

Good cause reasons less than five days prior to trial shall NOT include the following:

 Written consent of both parties;

 Scheduling conflict of either party or attorney with trial on another case; or

 Planned holidays or vacations of either party or attorney.
