Cecil Cnty. Cir. Ct. Criminal DCM Plan 4.4
At pre-trial conference, counsel are required to inform the judge how the case will be
resolved. If the case will be resolved without trial, the resolution should be put on the record
immediately. If no agreement has been reached the pre-trial conference judge shall inquire into
the communications between the parties and the reasons for non-agreement.
