Cecil Cnty. Cir. Ct. Criminal DCM Plan 4.2
The defendant is required to appear for the pre-trial conference whether or not he/she is
represented by counsel. All victims and any counsel who are going to try the case, or who have
authority to enter into plea agreements, are also required to appear for the pre-trial conference.
