Cecil Cnty. Cir. Ct. Criminal DCM Plan 3.2
In jury prayers and appeals cases from the District Court where the defendant is
unrepresented, at the arraignment/initial appearance, the Clerk shall serve on the defendant a notice
to appear for a trial. If the defendant fails to appear at the trial, on the specified date, a warrant
shall be issued for his/her arrest. The Assignment Office shall prepare said notice for distribution
by the Clerk.
