Cecil Cnty. Cir. Ct. Criminal DCM Plan 2.5
When a defendant, with or without counsel, files a written election of jury trial or appeal
by mail or at the District Court Clerk’s counter, without appearing in court, the defendant will be
notified of his or her Circuit Court appearance date by mail.
