Cecil Cnty. Cir. Ct. Criminal DCM Plan 2.3
When a defendant appears, unrepresented, in the District Court and elects a jury trial he/she
will be served by the District Court Clerk with a notice for an initial appearance/arraignment in
the Circuit Court. The defendant must appear for initial appearance/arraignment on the specified
date or a warrant will be issued for his/her arrest.
