Procedure

All motions shall be forwarded to the judge for consideration after the time has expired for

response or after a response has been filed, whichever first occurs. The judge shall direct the

Assignment Office to schedule a motion for hearing, if appropriate, in accordance with the

applicable rules of procedure.
