Waivers of Filing Fees and Other Costs

1. When waivers for prepayment of filing fees and other costs are granted, costs are to

be determined by the Clerk’s Office at the conclusion of the case. Said costs shall then be assessed by

the judge or waived. The Clerk’s Office is to remind the judges of this obligation.
