Juvenile Hearing Days
The Court shall normally hear juvenile cases six days per month,
on average, as directed by the County Administrative Judge. Changes in regular days, including
the addition of hearing dates to the court calendar shall be approved by the County Administrative
Judge. Notwithstanding any other provision of this DCMP, the Court shall make arrangements to
conduct emergency detention hearings when requested by the Department of Juvenile Services
(DJS).
