Judicial Review; Procedure Before Record Filed

Prior to the time when the record is

received from the administrative agency, Clerk’s Office personnel shall present the file to the Court

for consideration:

(a) if the administrative agency fails to file the certificate of compliance required by Md.

Rule 7-202 (e) within 30 days after the date when the notice was mailed by this Court.

(b) if any person files a response more than 30 days after the date when notice was given

by the administrative agency, as shown in the certificate of compliance, as required by Md. Rule

7-204 (c); or

(c) if the record is not filed by the administrative agency within 60 days of the date of the

notice or any further time granted by the Court, as required by Md. Rule 7-206 (d).
