Information Reports
Copies of the forms required by Rule 16-302(b)(4) and adopted by
the Court of Appeals shall be made available by the Clerk’s Office to all parties, without charge.
Failure to file an information report does not affect acceptance or processing of a complaint or
answer. When filed, information reports shall be placed in the case file, and shall be used to assist
in making the determinations required in other sections of this DCMP, and not for any other
purpose.
