Baltimore Cnty. Cir. Ct. Family DCM Plan 5
refer the case to the Family Support Employment Program (“FESP”), if the non-
custodial parent is not making child support payments because he/she is
unemployed. The non- custodial parent is given an appointment for a FESP intake.
The non-custodial parent will need to comply with all FESP requirements, which
include weekly appointments with an e mployment specialist and attendance at all
FESP reviews, which are scheduled every 60 days until the non-custodial parent
obtains employment and is paying child support.
