refer the case to the j udicial medical docket, if the non- custodial parent claims that
he/she is unemployed and unable to make child support payme nts due to a medical
disability. Again, the magistrate will arraign the non- custodial parent and give the
non-custodial parent a s ummons wi th a date to appear before the j udge in
approximately three weeks. The non- custodial parent will need to bring any
documentation of his/her medical condition and show how it limits his/her ability to
work.
