Baltimore City Cir. Ct. Juvenile DCM Plan 6
A postponement for CINA permanency planning hearings, guardianship review
hearings, and delinquency permanency planning hearings will not be granted unless:
a. A request for postponement is made to the court no later than 45 days prior to
the date of the hearing;
b. A new material circumstance occurs within 45 days of the hearing date and the
request for postponement is made as soon as it becomes known; and
c. The court finds good cause to postpone the hearing.
