Submission of medical records

Plaintiff shall submit all medical records relating to

that plaintiff’s claims then available to plaintiff, and a current medical authorization in a

form acceptable to any health care providers to whom said authorization will be sent,

together with any existing plaintiff-specific expert reports for that plaintiff, as well as any

tests, studies, etc., on which the reports rely.
