Submission of related proceedings
Plaintiff shall identify each and every prior or
pending court or administrative proceeding brought with the intent of satisfying in whole
or in part the damages sustained by plaintiff as a result of an alleged asbestos-related injury,
including the forum, case number, parties involved, and current status or outcome of the
proceeding. Plaintiff shall include a listing of all entities with whom settlements have been
reached, (whether or not that entity was at any time a party to the present case), indicating
for each the type of release received.
