PRESET FINES – MOTOR VEHICLE
The attached schedule of preset fines is to be effective for those individuals charged with a violation of the
Transportation Article who are desirous of waiving their right to trial and pleading guilty to the offense charged,
by payment of the appropriate fine. Where the letters “MA” appear opposite a particular offense, the individual
charged with that offense is not entitled to prepay a fine but is required to appear in court on the assigned hearing
date.
