CANCELLATION OF CHARGING DOCUMENT

A. A bench warrant or a warrant issued for the failure of a defendant to appear at trial may be recalled by

a judge at any time.

B. Any other charging document must be disposed of at trial, unless entered nolle prosequi by the State’s

Attorney as provided by Md. Rule 4-247 or disposed of by the Court in accordance with the provisions of

Courts Article, Section 1-605(d)(7).
