TRIALS – WHERE RECORDING NOT POSSIBLE

When a trial cannot be recorded as required by Md. Rule 16-502, no trial may be held unless all parties to the

trial agree to and sign a waiver of the right to have said trial recorded. When any party to a case is not willing to

sign a waiver, the case shall be postponed.
