AUDIBILITY OF COURT PROCEEDINGS
In any courtroom in which audio equipment is provided, that equipment shall be utilized. In any courtroom in
which audio equipment is not provided, the trial judge shall ensure that all proceedings are conducted in such a
manner so that all persons present in the courtroom may hear the proceeding.
