Md. Dist. Ct. Admin. Reg. IX
ACCESS TO DISTRICT COURT RECORDINGS
A party to any case, or the attorney for any party, may be permitted to listen to the recording of the trial of that
case, at such times and such places as a judge of the Court shall determine to be appropriate. Any person who is
not a party is not entitled to listen to the recording in any case, but may, upon payment of the cost for same, be
permitted to have a recording of any proceeding held in the District Court. Any judge of the District Court may
waive the provisions of this regulation and permit persons who are not parties to a case to listen to the recording of
that case where the judge believes such action to be consistent with the proper administration of justice.

Unofficial copy of government-published law, reproduced from official sources with full provenance. Not an official publication; verify against official sources before relying on it in a filing. Records in the 'guidance' corpus, and only that corpus, are sub-regulatory (interpretive guidelines, survey procedures) and are not binding law. Validity bounds follow each jurisdiction's declared temporalBasis.
