Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 6.2
Forms used by the Peer Review Committee shall be prepared in consultation with and shall
be approved by the Chair of the Peer Review Committee and by the Commission. All
forms used by Bar Counsel shall be approved by the Commission in advance of use.
