Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 5.4
The Executive Counsel and Director shall receive on behalf of the Commission the
recommendations of Bar Counsel filed pursuant to Maryland Rule 19-714 and each Peer
Review Panel filed pursuant to Rule 19-720. The Executive Counsel and Director shall
provide a copy of each recommendation to each member of the Commission, if practicable,
no later than ten (10) days prior to the Commission meeting.
