Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 5.3
The Executive Counsel and Director shall prepare and present at each Commission meeting
a written agenda and report, as directed by the Commission, on recommendations filed
with the Commission pursuant to Maryland Rules 19-714 and 19-720. The Executive
Counsel and Director may include in his or her report a recommendation of approval or
disapproval of the action sought to be taken by the Commission and the reasons th erefor.
A copy of the agenda and all reports shall be provided to each member of the Commission,
if practicable, no later than ten (10) days before the Commission meeting.
