Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 5.1
The Executive Counsel and Director shall be a member of the Maryland Bar for no less
than five (5) years and shall have the powers and duties set forth in Maryland Rule 19 -
702(e) and in the position description on file with the Commission.
