Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 2.9
Salaries and benefits accruing to all employees shall be established by the Commission on
the recommendation of Bar Counsel and the Executive Counsel and Director as to his or
her staff, respectively. Salaries and benefits shall be consistent with the standards and
guidelines promulgated by the State Court Administrator and the Court of Appeals and
shall be submitted with the annual budget or an amendment to the budget.
