Pursuant to Maryland Rule 16 -806, the Commission , Bar Counsel , and the Executive

Counsel and Director are subject to the following Maryland Judicial Branch policies: (1)

Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation; (2) Policy on

Accommodations of Disabilities; (3) Policy on Religious Accommodation; (4) Policy on

Employment of Relatives; and (5) Policy on Confidentiality.
