Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 2.7
No person shall be deemed ineligible to serve on the Commission or the Peer Review
Committee on account of such person’s race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status,
national origin, physical or mental disability, marital or family status, genetic information,
gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or any other
characteristic protected by state or federal law.
