Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 2.5
No member of the Commission or the Peer Review Committee may participate as a
member of the Commission or the Peer Review Committee with respect to any complaint
which may be filed against him or her, his or her associates or partners, or any attorney
affiliated with his or her law firm.
