Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 2.4
No member of the Peer Review Committee, nor any partner, associate, or attorney affiliated
with a law firm of a member of the Peer Review Committee may represent a Respondent
in connection with a disciplinary proceeding during the Peer Review Committee member’s
term. No m ember of the Peer Review Committee may represent a Complainant in
connection with any disciplinary proceeding during the member’s term. If a partner,
associate, or attorney affiliated with a law firm of a member of the Peer Review Committee
represents a Complainant in connection with a disciplinary proceeding, the member shall
not participate directly or indirectly in the representation or proceeding.
