Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 2.3
No member of the Commission nor any partner, associate, or attorney affiliated with a law
firm of a member of the Commission may represent a Respondent or a Complainant during
the Commission member’s term.
