Md. Admin. Order of 2021-11-23 (Updated Administrative and Procedural Guidelines of the ...) 2.10
Subject to the approval of the Commission, Bar Counsel and the Executive Counsel and
Director shall establish policies as to work hours, holidays, leave, and job descriptions for
their employees consistent with the standards and guidelines promulgated by the State
Court Administrator and the Court of Appeals.
