Md. Admin. Order of 2018-12-03 (Adopting Amended Jury Plan for Montgomery County)

IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF MARYLAND

ORDER ADOPTING AMENDED JURY PLAN

FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY

WHEREAS, the Circuit Court for Montgomery County having filed a proposal with the

Court of Appeals, pursuant to Courts and Judicial Proceedings 8-203, to change its jury plan to

include in its donation program the Montgomery County Family Justice Center Foundation;

and

WHEREAS, The Court of Appeals having considered the proposed change;

NOW, THEREFORE, It is ORDERED by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, this 3rd day

of December, 2018; that the amended jury plan be, and hereby is, approved, effective

immediately.
