Md. Standards of Conduct for Court-Designated ADR Practitioners 1
A Maryland court has ordered, directed, or referred all or part of a case to the
mediator, or to an ADR organization or an ADR unit of the court that designated
the mediator, and the order, direction, or referral is contained in a court record; or
