Cooperation with disciplinary authorities
Rule 2.16
(A)
A judge shall cooperate and be candid and honest with judicial and lawyer disciplinary authorities.
(B)
A judge shall not retaliate, directly or indirectly, against a person knownDefinitionActual knowledge of the fact in question. A person's knowledge may be inferred from circumstances. See Rules 1.3, 2.5, 2.9, 2.11, 2.15, 2.16, 3.3, 3.5, and 3.6. or suspected to have assisted or cooperated with an investigation of a judge or a lawyer.
