Uniform fees
Practice VIII
Pursuant to Chapter 684 of the Acts of 1972, each Registry of Probate is required, unless otherwise waived by rule of court, to receive all fees therein enumerated.
"Amendment of record" as listed therein shall uniformly be interpreted to include such motions as may require any amendment of any document recorded pursuant to Rule 25.
