Continuances
Standing Order 2-84
Any matter scheduled for Trial shall not be continued unless forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled date, a request for continuance in writing has been received in the office of the Clerk/Magistrate.
Failure to abide by this rule will result in the imposition of costs. The Court will waive the sanctions of this rule should unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances prevent compliance.
