Notification of docketing
The clerk shall post each docket and transmit it to all counsel of record, and to any
party not represented by counsel, not less than 30 days prior to the date fixed for oral
argument/submission; provided, however, that the 30-day notice required herein shall not
be applicable if otherwise ordered by the court. The clerk shall note on the docket the
dates and hours of sessions of court.
