La. Sup. Ct. R. VIII, § 1

Location and Sessions

The Court shall hold its sessions at its domicile in New Orleans or at other

locations it deems appropriate. The dates and the hours of the sessions shall be

determined by the Court and shall be noted on the calendar of hearings prepared by

the Clerk of Court as provided by Rule VI.

Repealed and re-enacted by the Supreme Court's order of December 2025 (Rules I–XII, XIV and XLII), effective 2026-01-01.
