Appellant or Applicant Brief Contents

The brief for the appellant, applicant or relator, as the case may be, shall contain in

order:

A. an index of the authorities cited;

B. a concise statement of the case;

C. a specification of the alleged errors complained of; and

D. an argument confined strictly to the issue(s) subject to the case.
