La. Sup. Ct. R. II, § 2
Electronic Filing Costs
The Supreme Court of Louisiana shall charge for costs in connection with the
electronic filing of documents. The electronic filing costs shall be collected at the
time the documents are electronically submitted. No exemptions or waivers of
these costs shall be permitted.

Repealed and re-enacted by the Supreme Court's order of December 2025 (Rules I–XII, XIV and XLII), effective 2026-01-01.
