Jefferson Cir. Ct. Local R. Rule 1
INTRODUCTION
101 Purpose and Scope.
These are the uniform Rules of Practice ofthe Jefferson Circuit Court and shall be
enforced in all divisions, except Family, of the Jefferson Circuit Court. These Rules
supplement the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure and the Kentucky Rules of Criminal
Procedure.
102 Effective Date.
The Rules shall be effective once approved by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of
Kentucky.
Any previously adopted Rule of this Court in conflict with these new Rules is rescinded.
103 Citation.
These Rules shall be cited as Jefferson Rules ofPractice (JRP).
