Jefferson Cir. Ct. Bus. Ct. Docket R. BCR 4.4
Case Management Conference
The Business Court Docket judge shall schedule and conduct a Case
Management Conference within 60 days after the Case Management Meeting,
and may require representatives of each party, in addition to counsel, to
attend. Unless otherwise ordered, the Court will not hear substantive motions
at a Case Management Conference.
