64.2 Judgment

1. Upon receipt of a signed judgment or order, apply the “ENTERED”

stamp; add the date and your initials.

2. File by completing a document screen as appropriate.

3. Serve notice of entry of the judgment or order on all parties by mail or

hand delivery.

4. The clerk shall notify the AOC that a decision has been rendered by

emailing a copy of the decision and the AOC-280 to:

280support@kycourts.net.

NOTE: It is not necessary to make a copy for the record.

NOTE: Direct all inquiries regarding the status of the case under

submission to Court Services at the AOC.

65 NUNC PRO TUNC

 A Nunc Pro Tunc Order, meaning “now for then,” is an order to correct

errors or omissions and achieve the results intended by the court at a

particular, earlier date.

65.1 Order

1. Upon receipt of a Nunc Pro Tunc order, apply the ENTERED stamp. Add

the current day’s date and your initials.

NOTE: Do not backdate the Nunc Pro Tunc Order.

2. Enter on a document screen using document code OO or as otherwise

appropriate.

3. Memo NUNC PRO TUNC and the effective date of the Nunc Pro Tunc

order.

4. Follow the instructions in the Order.
