ORDER
IN RE: AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF
THE KENTUCKY BAR ASSOCIATION
Under SCR 3.090, and as approved on March 20, 2026 and June 10, 2026,
by the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) pursuant to
Section 15 of the By-Laws of the Association, Sections 2-6, 9, 11-12, 14, and 17-
19 of the By-Laws of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) are hereby amended,
as follows:
