Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2026-28 § 18
Electronic Conferencing
If prior notice has been provided, and if such facilities are available, any member
of the Board or a Section or Committee may, for good cause, attend a meeting by
telephone or video-conferencing platform. Any member so attending shall count
towards a quorum of such meeting and shall have all rights, including the right
to vote, as if physically present at the meeting.
