Ky. Sup. Ct. Order 2026-28 § 15
Amendments
These Bylaws may be amended at any regular or special meeting of the Board by
a majority vote of the Governors present and voting, and may be amended
between meetings of the Board upon written consent of a majority of all the
Governors then holding office; provided, that no amendment shall be effective
until approved by the Supreme Court pursuant to the provisions of SCR 3.090.
